Chef Bryan Sullivan graduated from Johnson and Wales with a degree in Culinary Arts and is a Certified Executive Chef of the American Culinary Federation. He studied under famous chef Michel Richard at Citronelle in Washington, DC. and prepared dinner at the James Beard House in New York. Later in his career, as Executive Chef for Aramark at Camden Yards, Bryan worked by Boog Powell’s side, cooking up the ESPN-rated best ballpark BBQ of 2006.
Raised in Oklahoma, Bryan’s passion for barbecue runs deep. However, he prides himself on being a Baltimorean at heart. He served as executive chef at Baltimore hotels, country clubs, stadiums and universities over the past 15 years. As a result of his extensive catering experience and genuine dedication to customer satisfaction, Chef Bryan creates unforgettable bbq experiences.
